The band were very warmly welcomed back to Hoveton Village Hall & Park on Saturday for their Last Night of the Proms concert, which was enjoyed by an enthusiastic audience. They got more than they bargained for though, when some members of the band demonstrated the male dancers in the Light Cavalry Overture!

City of Norwich Brass played at what is now an annual bandstand appearance for them, at Pavilion Theatre & Bandstand Gorleston yesterday. For once, we were not blown out of our seats or sand blasted by the wind, and lots of people came along to listen. They were treated to solos from our Principal Cornet and Principal Trombone, and a Euphonium and Baritone duet, and the whole front row had fun performing The Bugler’s Holiday by Leroy Anderson.
Join us this Sunday for our final performance of the summer ☀️ Pavilion Theatre & Bandstand Gorleston from 11:00-13:00 🎵

The band performed once again in the walled garden at Raynham Hall near Fakenham yesterday afternoon. They entertained the campers there, in glorious sunshine, with music as varied as Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne and a medley of songs from The Greatest Showman.
